Living in Israel, Allie Kashkash faces unique challenges when it comes to managing her son’s allergies. Not only is the most popular snack in Israel made of peanuts, she also discovered a lack of allergy resources in Hebrew. On today’s episode, Allie and I talk about the difference between how Americans and Israelis view allergies, how she protects her son while ensuring he can still experience many childhood activities, and why she started a business to provide resources and gear for allergy families.
